I had the best experience at the Holiday Inn Steamboat Springs. Its location is perfect for going to the mountain or into town quickly. The staff, especially Tammy, were so helpful and kind. The rooms are really nice and clean. I would rate this hotel 12/10!

When I called to make our reservation, Quentin was very helpful and informative on rules for bringing our dog, cancellation policy, and opportunity to extend our stay in case of weather. Quintin, Chris, and Heidi did a 5-star job. They were very accommodating to our needs and questions during our stay. Housekeeping staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and quite accommodating to pets. Appreciated the restaurant coupons that lowered our bill. Looking forward to staying with you next time.

Very friendly and accomidating. Room was clean and very functional. Outstanding exercise room, really a gem and we used it. Outdoor hot tub from after skiing. We were looking for a basic place to stay and this place was very easy and worked out well. Will stay again next visit.

The hotel is decent, not much near by. Front desk wasn’t engaged much with us during check-in, it appeared they had too much going on. The rooms were okay, small bathroom and looked partially renovated. Didn’t use any other amenities, but they had an indoor pool/hottub and an outdoor hottub. Not many choices nearby, this one was okay.

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn here. Received some excellent service from everybody at the front desk, thank you especially to Tammie and Quentin, and especially Brandon who went above and beyond to provide some extra-hour shuttle service to me after a trip to UC Health. Housekeeping was good and prompt, the Hot Tub (both in and outdoors) was excellent, and it was one of the only hotels in this section of steamboat with a restaurant, which was convenient when the rest of steamboat was a bus ride away. Would definitely look here first on my next trip to Steamboat.

The hotel was nice. The bed was comfortable but the best part was the staff. The restaurant was great but Tammy and Quentin at the front desk make the stay amazing. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and will treat you like family. I recommend staying here and chatting with Tammy, Whiskey and Koda Bear.
